​1. Native Integration (Side Panel)

​The fastest way for daily use:

  • ​Open Gmail and click on the Gemini icon (diamond) in the upper right corner.
  • ​Copy the content of the prompt from my library that you need.
  • ​Paste it into the Gemini chat along with the email thread you wish to process.

​2. Advanced Automation with n8n or Make

​For a higher level of automation, without manual intervention:

  • ​Create a scenario in n8n or Make.
  • ​Configure a trigger for incoming emails.
  • ​Use the Gemini API node to process the email text with the selected prompt.
  • ​Configure an automatic action for the AI to respond, create a draft, or label the thread based on detected priority.
